Here are some of the common questions that we get asked

Setup Process

Q: How long does it take for you to setup a website?
A: Usually you can be up and running within 48 hours if you have the content for your website ready. If you don't have your content yet, or we are building out a Custom Website for you, it will take us a bit longer to finish everything off.

Q: What kind of information will you need from me to setup my website?
A: We need the contact information, domain name and any content that you would like us to place on your website such as your logo, photos, services, articles, video and any other info.

Q: I don't have any content, can you help?
A: Yes absolutely! We can help you pick your domain name, design your logo, find photos and write professional content for your website. Simply fill out the Get Started form or and we'll go over all the options with you.

Q: Can I edit the website myself after it is setup?
A: Our intuitive back-end administration panel let's you edit 95-98% of the content on your website. There are a few places that will require one of our team members to make the change for you, which we will gladly do for you when you need to make the change.

Q: How do I sign up and what happens next?
A: After you fill out the Get Started form our Project Manager will reach out to you with a few additional questions and get the ball rolling.

Billing and Charges

Q: Which types of payments do you accept?
A: We take all major credit cards, PayPal, e-transfers and cheques.

Q: Are there any contracts or hidden fees?
A: Nope there are no extra fees and we don't believe in contracts. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our service you can cancel at any time.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We do not offer any refunds as our team begins the work as soon as your order goes through.

Support and Maintenance

Q: What kind of support do you provide?
A: We do not provide support over the phone at the moment but we are working towards having that option. We have a dedicated email that you can use to submit a support request which will get delivered to the appopriate department.

Q: Will you show me how to use the system?
A: We provide both online manuals and videos that will show you how easy it is to use our system and make changes to your website or manage your contacts.

Q: I don't have time to learn the back-end, will you do the changes for me?
A: Absolutely, simply shoot an email to our support team and we can make the change for you. Sometime we might ask that you cover the cost if this is a major design or development change, however in most cases we will take care of it for you free of charge!

Q: Can I get access to the setup files or host the website that you create elsewhere?
A: We do not provide any back-end access to the setup files and we host everything ourselves.

Q: Do you offer any marketing services?
A: Yes we offer variety of online marketing services, simply shoot us an email at and we will get in touch with you to discuss your needs.
